fPER PRESS ASSOCIATION.] AUCKLAND, Nor. 28. Sydney Taiwhanga has returned from Kaipara, where he gave an account of his London mission to the natives. They approved of the English Maori land scheme, and expressed a hope that all the tribes would fall in with it. He leaves fer the north on Monday to address the native meeting convened at Waitangi on the Bth prox.
