The Through Railway.
(Telegram from our Correspondent.) Wellington, Monday.
I am informed that the promoters of the Wellington-Foxton Railway, to connect with the West Coast, arc assured that Ministers sympathise with the project, and would favor its adoption by the House if funds were available to carry it out. This is a sort of official comfort which may mean much or little, according to future exigencies.
