KONINI SCHOOL SPORTS
A PICNIC FUNCTION HELD AT CARNIVAL PARK. Brilliant weather conditions prevailed yesterday for the Konini School annual picnic and sports, which was held at Carnival Park. T-he day began at 11 a.m. and was all too short for the large gathering of children and adults, all of whom thoroughly enjoyed the function. Lnder the direction of the School Committee, headed by Mr A. P. Jensen, a full programme of sports went through without a hitch, both children and adults participating.
