MAYOR TO OPEN Pahiatua to-morrow, Tuesday, will for the fi- v *t time in its history of over 60 years have fhe unique opportunity of being able to see some of tile finest cage birds in New Zealand such as Budgengas, Canaries and Foreign birds. This is being made possible by the newly formed Bird Fanciers Club of Pahiatua who are doing everything possible to make their show a display really worth anyone’s while to go a long way to* see. Some fine trophies will be competed iior at their show which is being held in the May fair Hall on, Tuesday and will V opened by the Alayor at 2.30 p.m.
