SYDNEY, Alarch 28 Empire development and co-opera-tion were the keynotes of speeches at the Empire Producers’ Conference, which was opened to-day by the Governor of New South Wales. Lard Wakchurst. Delegates from England, Wales, Scotland, Canada, New Zealand and Australian organisations attended. Speakers to the vote of thanks to the Governor included Messrs W. W. Mulholland and A. J Murdoch
