PARALYSIS PRECAUTIONS.
STATE GRANT IN VICTORIA. United Press Assn.—l3y Electric Telegraph—Copyright. MELBOURNE, August 25. Since Friday .34 eases of infantile paralysis have been reported, bringing the total to 1-50. Of the six adults reported, four have died. The State Government has decided to make a grant of £IO,OOO to provide for the after-care and accommodation of convalescents and the public is being appealed to for extra funds.
