MAGISTRATE ISSUES WARNING. Electric Telegraph—Press Association WELLINGTON, April 29. A warning that motorists who were ordered by the court to attend instruction classes for delinquent drivers and treated the matter lightly would be dealt with severely was given by Air E. D.
