RAILWAY DISASTER SEQUEL. United Press Assn.—By Electric Telegraph—Copyright. MOSCOW. July 18. Thirteen railway employees were charged with criminal negligence at Chita, following a collision at Karymskaya in which 52 were killed and 51 injured. The accident occurred on January 22 and it is now disclosed owing to the trial that it was 87. Karymskaya is an important junction.
