GOLF NOTES.

At a recent committee meeting two new members were elected: Messrs W. J Dean and G. H. J. Hill. Regret was expressed at the resignation of Air and Mrs J. G. Green through their leaving the district. Air Green has always been willing to put his shoulder to the wheel and his ever-ready assistance will be truly missed. A letter has been written to Mr Kernick, proprietor of the Post Office Hotel, expressing the club’s appreciation of Air Kernick’s generosity in donating two very handsome cups. It has been decided that these cups be competed for annually for the intermediate and junior championships respectively.
