ANZAC STAMP CAMPAIGN.

R.S.A. EXECUTIVE GRATIFIED. Electric Telegraph—Press Association WELLINGTON, July 17. On learning that the gross proceeds from the sale of Anzac Commemoration stamps had totalled £l7, IS l the Dominion Executive Committee of the New Zealand Returned Soldiers Assn. unanimously passed the following resolution: “The New Zealand R.S.A. desires to express to the general public of New Zealand its grateful thanks and appreciation of the wonderful support accorded the sale of Anzac Commemoration stamps.” The Dominion President, in moving the resolution, added. “That the response clearly indicated that remembrance is still strong in the hearts of our people. The fund, which v\ili be known as the Anzac Commemoration Fund will not only bring welcome relief to necessitous ex service men and their dependents, but will be absolutely free of anv admi iiistrativ-e charges. Thanks and appreciation of the splendid assistance and co-operation of the Post Office* officials throughout. New Zealand was also unanimously expressed.
