TWO MEN SERIOUSLY INJURED. Electric Telegraph—Press Association WHANGAREI, February 13. In a head-on collision. between motor-cycles between Pallia and Kawakawa Constable El stone, aged 44, of Kawakawa. had his left leg broken in two places, the right knee severely injured and was intensely shocked; Percy Johansen, aged 21, fractured left leg which lias been amputated. Elstone is in a critical condition. Johansen’s condition is serious, but he is improving.
