ROPING IN GERMANS OVERSEAS.

A new decree makes liable to conscription and the compulsory labour laws all Aryan Germans abroad, even if they have taken out new naturlalisation papers. Each, when called up lor military or labour service, report to the Consul and provide his own passage to Germany. Herr Hitler and practically all the members of the Cabinet attended the funeral of Herr Gustloff, the assassinated leader of the Swiss Nazis, at Schwerin.
