MANY COMPETITION GAMES PLAYED. Last week many competition games were played on the Pahiatua bowling green and some very exciting matches were seen, particularly the senior pairs encounter between Kershaw and Gregory and Coldicutt and Cosford. The pairs were on terms at the 20th head and it was not until Coldicutt s last ball, a magnificent toucher, that the issue was decided.
