With the rumble of war drums sounding in Europe it is highly grail lying that a motion picture like Forgotten Men” should be placed on public exhibition so that mankind might be reminded once again of the horror and brutality of war. For tlii 5 picture—hitherto suppressed by the Governments, of the world—is a war spectacle with official films from the archives; of the world’s fourteen warring nations. Though compiled at Elstree by British International Pictures, the film is a comprehensive collection of war pictures by all the nations which took" part in the great struggle, including Germany, and most of the scenes have never been shown in public before, it is an unbiassed record o* each nation'’s participation in a struggle where millions of men fought like demons; died in droves ; faced death, devastation, despair and destruction to make ono of the most stupendous action spectacles ever photographed. “Forgotten Men' 5 will bo presented at the King’s Theatre next Tuesday.
In addition, there will be a Cinesound Review, English Pictorial “My Friend the Dog” (nature study) and Alary’s Little Lamb'’ (a cartoon in colour).
