Nicholson and Ren,nie, solicitors, ol' Taumarnnuf. acting oil behalf of Richard Cobbe. manager of the Chateau, have issued a summons against a Hawke's Bav rosident claiming £2OO general damages and hospital and medical expenses, for alleged assault at the Chateau on September S, 1935.
