An oversight in the Rural Mortgagors I ma! Adjustment Act is remedied in an. amending Bill which was introduced ill the House of Representatives by 'Governoir-Generars message late last night. A clause in the* Bill gives to mortgagors and mortgagees tin* right of appeal to the Court of Review against tliie decisions of adjustment commissions in iesp< ct to the* <listrihution r>i a. mortgagors’ income during the budgetary period provided under tin* original Act. The decision of tlie court in this respect i.s to be final.
