Another attempt is to he made to 1 u-i tlO Maheno wliic-li beached oft the Queensland coast some time ago, while being towed to Japan. -A Japanese marine expert who inspected the vessel declares that there is definite b(lpe of towing her off and the steamer Oonali will shortly arrive on the scene with a hundred men and complete with salvage gear. Tf the efforts fail the Maheno will be broken up on the spot and loaded into the Oonah.
