Mrs R. S. Black. Democrat candidate for Dunedin North, opened her campaign last night when she addressed a largely-attended and orderly meeting of electors. After a lengthy discussion it was agreed to substitute a motion for one of vote of censure on Air Murdock. Air Davis then went on to outline details of the marketing machinery.
