The New Zealand Rugby football team’s forwards discussed tactics for over an hour. They are determined to find remedies for their poor scrummaging. The manager (Mr A'. R. Meredith) is urging that more life and dash should be put into their play and is making an effort to curtail the entertainment programme at Cardiff, a’s- he is convinced that more sleep and earlier nights are essential.
The newspapers predict that the tourists will encounter a difficult week in A\ ales. The Llanelly team fin eludes four internationals, although Ivor Jones and Dai John are veterans, the latter playing against the New Zealanders in 1924. Both are in excellent form.
