MR R. J. FRANKLIN W iTH DRAWS. Writing from .“Riverside,” Porangahau, Mr Robert J. Frankiin, who recently announced himself as the Independent candidate for the Pahiatua seat, states: — “I am writing to ask you to withdraw by nomination as candidate for the Pahiatua seat for the coming election. “Owing to unferseen circum stances l am compelled to withdraw from the contest.”
