The monthly meeting of the Pahintua Women’s Christian Temperance Union was held in St. Paul’s Schoolroom on Thursday afternoon. Mrs J. D. Arrangements were made to hold the Band ol Hope on the first Wednesday in the month, commencing in May. Mrs Johnson and Mrs Willis were hostesses for the afternoon.
