The visit has been a private one, but the Times comments that it is all to the good that King Boris, who is an acute and eminently responsible observer of events and tendencies in the anxious Europe of the day, had availed himself of the opportunity to meet and exchange views with the Prime Minister and the Foreign Secretary.
