In the role of Ruth, Nancy Carroll gives one of the finest performances of her caree £ and Grant again proves his exoi S 1 0? as the notorious Romer Sheffield. Randolph Scott, the lanky young man who scored in. Zane Grey s “Heritage of the Desert,” also does a fine job as ail old sweetheart of Ruth, who takes the gossip seriously, and the remainder of the cast is exceptionally able. “THE MYSTERIOUS RIDER.” Zane Grey’s Paramount picture, “The Mysterious Rider,” is the other, feature.
