TWO MEN IN TROUBLE.
Electric Telegraph—Tress Association WELLINGTON, September 4. In the Petone Police Court today, Paku Kingi, a labourer, aged 52, ancj Olaude McEwen, a hawker, aged 29, both of Eastbourne, were charged that with, intent to extort £5 they accused Alfred Grassi, a hairdresser of indecently assaulting Kingi’s daughter. Both pleaded not guilty and were committed to the Supreme Court for trial.
