The effect of test on payout was discussed by the chairman of the Woodville Dairy Co. ‘LAs rhe years go on our test rises, 77 be said. “This year it was a fraction over 4.5. The yield (pounds of cheese to one pound of butterfat) dropped last season from 2.539 to 2.496. The low yield is unaccountable. and may have been due to the nature of the season. 7 ’
