MR. HENDERSON'S ELECTION.
LABOUR LEADER. PROSPECTS DISCUSSED. United Press Assn.—By Electric Te legraph—Copyrigb t. LONDON, September 3. Mr Arthur Henderson's election has revived speculation as to the Labour leadership. Sir .Stafford Cripps lately has been bidding strongly for the leadership. The “Daily Mail” expresses the opinion that he is a most dangerous rival to Mr Henderson, who for the present is expected to concentrate on the promotion, of a Disarmament Convention and improving Labour’s organisation.
