SCHEME FINDS FAVOUR. (Received 10 a.m.) United Press Assn.—By Electric Telegraph—Copyright. CALCUTTA. August 8. Sir Samuel Hoar’s scheme for constitutional reform in Burma., making that province a separate colony, was received with general satisfaction in India and Burma where the belief is now held that the offer will be accepted and the agitation of many years pacified.
