TWO WOMEN INJURED

United Press Assn. —By Klee trio Telegraph—Copyright, PALMERSTON N., June 29. A fatal accident between two heavy cars occurred on the Rongotea Road, near Oroua Bridge at 4.30 this afternoon as the result ot which a High School-boy, Wesley Buchanan, aged 17, son of Mr R-. A. Buchanan, postmaster at Rongotea., was killed, and two women, Mrs A. E. Turnbull and Mrs E. N. Meync.k, both of Feilding', received injuries which necessitated their removal to the Palmerston North hospital. A seven-seater car containing school children was proceeding along Rongotea Road, and collided with a live-sea ter car of a similar heavy make at the intersection of the Orinrrj Road. One car had its hood torn completely off, while the seven-seater car was thrown on its side and had. to be lifted belore the children could be released.
