Miller, S.M.j to five charges of theft from letters of bank notes, postal notes, and stamps, to the value of £4 5s lOd, the property of the Wuirarapa Hospital Board. Ronald Victor Faulkner, clerk, 2d. was admitted to probation for a. period of two years. Accused had been in the employ of the Wairarapa Hospital Board for four years and the offences were committed between April 28, 1931. and July 2, 1931.

The magistrate refused to suppress' accused’s name.
