(Received 10.15 a.m.l United Press Assn—By Electric Telegraph—Copyright. ADELAIDE, This Day. Flood waters from the Murray broke the banks with a- roar and poured over the low-lying land near Mannum. Residents ' fors'ook their homes and fled, driving tlieir stock before them. The lower end of Mannum is fio-cded while the water is creeping into the Main Street. Farmers suffered great loss
