BALLANCE AND TANE. At Ballance on AVednesday evening the Women’s Division of the Farmers’ Union will hold a dance. Mr J. Gornfqrd will supply the music.i and Pahiatua trippers will be conveyed free of charge by tlie Ar.rd ’bus. Tlie promoters trust that the social will prove both a profitable and enjoyable one. In the Tane schoolroom on AVednes<l ay a similar function will take place. The Tane ladies carry out gatherings of this nature in a thorough manner. AH who attend can. depend upon being made to feel quite at home and. be able to spend a very pleasant time.
