North Auckland representative on the Dairy Produce B :-ard. addressed a large gathering of farmers here yesterday, and explained matters in connection with the Board’s affairs, also his attitude therewith. After a lengthy address, at the conclusion of which a, number of questions were asked, the following resolution was unanimously carried: “That this meeting of dairy farmer,s of Northern Wairoa thanks Mr Grounds for his address and expresses its confidence in Mr Grounds and the policy of co-operative marketing- W e . regret the- injury done to the spirit of co-operation by dissensions among members of the Dairy /Control Board and we. desire the removal of the Government and trade .representative from that Board, so that dairy affairs may be in the hands of dairy producers.”
