An Odessa message reports the trial of sixteen persons charged with espionage on behalf of Rumania, of whom eleven were condemned to’ death, three imprisoned for ten years, and two acquitted. Those condemned, were also accused of illegally conveying persons to Rumania who wertescaping from Russia. BRUTAL SOLDIERS. NEW YORK, June IS News from Porto Alegre (Brazil), states that eleven merrymakers mostly women and children were killed, and twenty-seven wounded by a detachment of soldiers who’ were refused admission to a ball at Monohay.
