MORE RIOTS AND BLOODSHED JAPANESE CASUALTIES. Electric Telegraph—Press Association SHANGHAI, April 6. At Hankow the Chinese authorities have issued proclamations ordering complete immunity to foreigners from molestation. It is officially stated the Japanese casualties as a result of Sunday’s riots were 5 killed and 19 missing. Japanese naval reinforcements have arrived.
The latest reports from Nanking say that very heavy fighting is reported by the warship “Emerald” between North and South at Kwantien.
A wireless message from Nanking says that the anti-foreign feeling is still evident and foreign houses are being looted. A northern aeroplane dropped two bombs at Niikov and three in Nanking city. The Japanese ai-e sending the Utsunomiya Division, largely composed of cavalry into Manchurianleased territory ostensibly to relieve a Division serving there. Two companies have been ordex-ed to reinforce tbe Pekin Embassy Guard.
