DIVIDE ND RECOMM ENDED

The directors of the New Zealand Insurance Company have decided to recommend to the shareholders at the annual meeting next month, the payment of a dividend of lOd per share for the half year, making a total disbursement for the year of Is 7d. The directors also intend to recommend that the sum of £150,000 be transferred from fhe reserves account to the capital account, thereby increasing paid up capital to £1,(450,000.
