The “Daily Telegraph’s” Berlin correspondent says that 28 ocean-going steamers are being constructed at Hamburg, and 14 more have been, ordered. Of the total 28 are between five and ten thousand tons, and six iire for the Hnmburg-Amerika line, and nine for the German-Australian linn. The chairman of the HnmburgAmerika Companv declares that he is looking to the future with great confidence.
