MOTOR COMPANY'S CLAIM.

DAMAGES AWARDED The reserved judgment of the Magistrate in tile case of the Pahia-tua-Akitio Motor Company, Ltd. v. G. W. Wood, of Invercargill, claim £357 damages arising out of delay in delivering two motor vehicles, wax delivered by Mr L. G. Reid this afternoon. Judgment- was given for plaintiffs for £175 with costs on that basis, to be assessed bv the Clerk of the Court.
