The new projiosaLs deprived Ireland of certain powers, hut the Government liad taken the wisest course in whieli the Irish party would acquiesce. Mr Lloyd-George, Chancellor of the Exchequer, announced that the committee stage of the Welsh Disestablishment Bill would he taken on Friday evening.
