(Received this day at 9.40 a.m.) Vienna, This Day. The Wiener Tagblatt states that an Anglo-French agreement is about to be concluded. France cedes to Britain the Indian towns of Alahe, Pondichery, and Panaon in exchange for the hinterland of Karikal and Bathurst in AVest Africa. The Aluscat and Newfoundland questions are also being settled.
