Elcotrio Telegraph —Press Association On Saturday morning the Hon. T. On Saturday morning the Hon. T. Mackenzie laid the foundation stone ol the new Kaupokonui choeso iaotory, which is being erected in concrete, to replace the wooden structure which was recently destroyed by fire. The -factory, when completed, will he the largest and most up-to-date in the world. Mr Mackenzie was afterwards entertained at a luncheon at the Mannia Hotel. In the afternoon the Minister laid the foundation stone of the new Post Office at Mannia, which is being erect, ed at a cost of £3OOO.
