FOUND DROWNED.

Electric Telegraph—Press Association. Napier, July 29. A man named William H. Mooney, aged 76 years, was found drowned in the inner harbour this afternoon. He left his home early on Sunday evening and was seen about 8.30 p.m. As he did not return home last night a search was instituted, which resulted in his being found as above stated. The deceased was a widower and had been rather strange and unsettled since the death of his wife about a year ago.
