Electric Telegraph—Ptees Association. Copyright. London, July 25. Richard Brinkley was sentenced to death for the murder of Mr and Mrs Beck at Croydon, by the administration of cyanide of potassium. (Air and Mrs Richard Beck, of Cruylon, died in May after partaking of stout containing prussic acid. It was discovered that Brinkley placed the poison in the Stout, believing it would be taken by Reginald Parker, one of the witnesses to a will under which Brinkley was to benefit.)
