DECISION OF REVOLUTIONARY PARTY. (By Telegraph. SDecial Serviced Copyright. St. Petersburg, July 26. The Bureau of the Social Revolutionary Party has resolved, owing to the Government’s continuous t»vrorism and massacres, that terrorist acts against high officials ought to continue. The Bureau advises the active boycotting of the Duma elections, the blowing up of electoral assemblies, and the destruction cf lists of electors.
