(The new port of Zeebrugge, on the Belgian coast north of Osteiul, is part of a comprehensive improvement scheme to cost over two million pounds. The chief object is that vessels may call for passengers or perishable cargo, thereby saving a trip of sixty miles up the Scheldt to Antwerp.)
