An Exciting Time.
Bt ELECTRIC TLLEOEATB.—CCmiMIt. Per Press Association. Received November 28, 5 p.m. Vienna, November 27. The scene in the Reichsrath was one of frightful tamnlt. The Opposition members struck and kicEed Dr. Knelgen, the President, shouting •• Scoundrel " and •• Traitor." At the same time desks were burled in front of the Ministerial benches. Count Badeni. the Premier, immediately summoned 100 police, who, amid deafening yells and jeers, dragged out the Socialists by their legs and arms. D uring this opera- , tion the galleries joined in with cries of ** The people are betrayed and the constitution violated." The chamber was a pandemonium. Herr Wolff and Herr Chonerer. the latter being leader of the German Nationalists and original founder of the anti-Se-metic party, together with 12 others, w re suspended and ejected fighting violently. Crowds gathered outside the Chamber and became very excited when the deputies emerged bleeding. Students paraded the streets shouting •• Down with Badeni."
