3000 People Homeless. »T ELECTRIC TELEuRAFH.—COPYRIGHT.— PER PRESS ASSOCIATION. Halifax. October 17. Windsor, s seaport town in Nova Scotia, has been destroyed by fire. The banks, churches and houses are in ruins, and practically the whole population of 8000 is homeless. A supply of tents and provisions has been despatched from here.
