Bi da-Pesth, September 21. A meeting has taken place here between the Emperors of Germany and Austria. Both the Emperors were received with immense enthusiasm by the populace. September 22.

Speaking at a banquet at which the Emperors of Austria and Germany were entertained, tbe Emperor William said the Austro-Hungarian-German alliance was of such a close, firm and indissoluble character that it would long contiuue to secure the peace of Europe.

His Majesty made remarkable efforts to conciliate and couipliuicut the Hungarians.
