The steamer isihru became unmanageable in Newcastle harbor and successively collided with the barque Bundalccr, the warship Rapid, and the steamer Port Chalmers. The Luhra was considerably knocked about, hut the others were only slightly damaged. A Bank Exchange Quarrel. Melbourne, This Day. Owing to un alleged breach of agreement between the Banks regarding the rates of exchange one of tho hanks has withdrawn from tho agreement, which now ceases to exist. In consequonco tho competition for exchange is considerably accentuated.
