Messrs mowlem and co. have received instructions from Mr J. McCarthy to jell on MONDAY, 6th September, at 1.30 p.m., at his farm, Kaitawa Road—(Firstly) the leasehold of his property, consisting of 14 acres of first-class land, with 7-roomed house, outbuildings, and everything necessary for working a dairy farm ; good shelter plantations and an orchard in full profit. The lease of above has 13 years to run, with right of renewal, and is subject to compensation clauses, if purchaser thinks fit to give it up at end of lease. —(Secondly) the lease of 146 acres of good gracing land adjoining the above, term expiring in six years from next January; no rent payable for the six years, only taxes.
