YOU are hereby summoned to attend at the Magistrate's Court to be holden at Pahiatua on Tuesday, the 81st day of August, 1897, at the hour of 10 o’clock in the forenoon, to answer the demand of the plaintiff for the sum of four shillings and tenpence, particular whereof are hereunto annexed.
